What is a Shoutouts goal?

A Shoutouts goal is a monthly goal you set for yourself to give recognition. We’ll remind you about your goal to help you regularly recognize your coworkers and team. In the Home tab of Shoutouts, click ‘Edit Shoutouts Goal’ to set your goal and receive reminders.
