My CSV upload is giving me an error. What should I do?

Let’s check a few quick things first:

Have you saved your document as a .csv file?

Did you accidentally delete any columns from the original document?

Are your dates formatted correctly? The format is MM-DD-YYYY for Work Anniversaries and MM-DD for birthdays.
