Getting started with Shoutouts 🎉 by Airspeed is simple and fun with the following steps
You can add Shoutouts to a Recognitions or Kudos channel via the app homepage, or /shoutouts in any public channel to bring up the modal and sing someone’s praises.
Here is an example of how you might introduce Shoutouts to your team:
Hey team! We have installed a fun new app, Shoutouts, to easily give each other recognition. With this Slack app, we can send kudos to our teammates to recognize them. You can also nominate someone for a Shoutout and send it to leadership for approval. Use the shortcut /Shoutout in Slack to access the template and give a Shoutout using AI.
