- **Celebrations:**
- Install the Celebrations app from the Slack App Directory or Airspeed Product page.
- Ask your team to add their celebrations dates via the ‘Notify’ button in the app home page or
upload a CSV.
- The Celebrations app will deliver reminders for birthdays and work anniversaries and will
deliver a virtual card on the date of the celebration.
- Notifications are only sent to people in the channel where the app is installed.
- Make sure to sign all cards and add reactions to encourage participation among your
teammates.
2. **Shoutouts:**
- Install the Shoutouts app from the Slack App Directory or Airspeed Product page.
- Configure the app settings by adding the app to your desired channel and including
Company Values under the ‘settings’ button in the app home page.
- Encourage team members to give kudos and recognition to their coworkers for their
achievements and contributions.
- Monitor Shoutouts to foster a culture of appreciation and recognition within the team.
